Check-in / Check-out?
Check-in: Once we confirm your booking, you will receive the exact address and directions to the apartment. You will then be asked to tell us your arrival time so we can give you the keys to your apartment. Please note that all apartments are ready for occupancy from 12h.
Check Out: The apartment should be left up to 10 clock. Please just put the key on the table and close the door behind you. For a later check out please contact us.
Is there any house rules?
Yes. However, we would not like to overwhelm you pages of rules. Our unwritten house rules are based on mutual respect and the care of the apartment
Is there internet in the apartment?
Yes. We offer free WLAN Internet
Is there parking near the apartments?
Yes. Please note that parking spaces are charged. The regular prices are:
7kn/hour (about 1€) or
150kn/week (about 20€)
However, as a guest of our apartments you will have the possibility of a discounted parking ticket (2€/day) to get issued by us, which of course we charge your favor days way. The parking tickets are generally valid for places Tisno, Jezera and Betina. Unfortunately the place Murter is not among them.
Per apartment, we have the opportunity to issue one less expensive parking ticket. If you take more than one car to us, we can not ensure that we can issue several discounted park tickets, because this depends on the current availability regarding all guests. Please appreciate that.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No, smoking is not permitted. We encourage you to smoke outside on the terrace, so that no smell of smoke is set in the apartment. The following guests (possibly Non smoking) will be happy about it.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, water heater and a coffee machine.
Is it possible to obtain a baby bed?
Yes, we have a travel cot which is suitable for small children and can be provided on demand. Please contact us at this time.
Do I have to pay a deposit
Yes. Generally is payable at time of booking a deposit of 200€. After the receipt of the booking request you will get notified from us with the transfer data.
Are pets allowed in the apartments
No. We generally have nothing against pets, but due to the growing number of allergy sufferers we want in the first place that our guests can enjoy a symptom-free holiday.
Who do I contact with questions during my stay?
After booking you will receive all the important data. In addition, our hostess is locally and can offer help and advice.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. All apartments are provided with fresh linen and towels.
How do I pay?
After successful booking request you will get all necessary information, such as Transfer data sent to you by e-mail.
200€ shall be paid as a deposit within 5 working days. The remaining amount can be paid either before departure or locally (on the first or last day of your holiday). This decision is up to you.
Please note that we have with us your passports or identity cards withheld for security reasons during the period of your holiday. You get a receipt from the tourist office located in Tisno, where your passport-/identity card number and the address of our apartments are noted. On your departure day, we are inspecting our apartment and then you get back your travel documents. This is common practice and keeps us secure from fraudsters, which e.g. previously are gone without paying the remaining amount of 90%. We do not want to accuse you as a fraud, but ask for your understanding.
How do I cancel my booking and do I get my deposit refunded?
To cancel the booking, it is sufficient to contact us best via e-mail. In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained as compensation in the amount of 200€. To payment of the full amount of the reservation will be omitted on our part.
How is the tax charged?
The tax amount is 7kn/day (about 1€) per person. This is already included in our rates and need not to be additionally paid by our guests. However, your travel documents are necessary so that we can register you in the tourist office.
